Show does this thing where they litter the area with little moments that they can wrangle into the overall story, rather than having very detailed intentions. So I think they could bring the "vessels have powers" idea into play, with the groundwork they've set up, but yeah, I don't know that they will.

Of course, Jimmy's non-boiled arm was very obvious, so who knows?
