In Which I Post For Once

rahnekatSo, I'm totally the Least Interesting Girl in the World. If you haven't read the XKCD comic, here you go. I pretty much only seem to post in order to apologize for not posting. But not tonight! Tonight, I must squee about show.
Okay, this is not an episode recap. This is me bringing up a thinky thought to see if anyone has opinions on it.
Dean is a vessel. Show has established that being a vessel is in the blood. That suggests Sam is a vessel. Here's the thinky: What if the demon blood from Azazel and Ruby corrupted Sam's vesselness and made him more open for demonic influences. What if something similar was going on with the other Children?
Or we can go another way: What if Dean and Lucifer's vessel (Nick?), since they host a angels from a higher choir, actually follow different rules from other vessels? Like Dean and Luci's meatsuit are a one in a gajillion possibility and that's why they're so important and they don't even have relatives that can be vessels.
I only want to point out two things from the episode before I head in a bed direction. First, Becky and Chuck have watched Galaxy Quest way too many times. No, I didn't recognize and quote along. Why are you looking at me like that? Second, Dean is both a sword and a receptacle. I was busy making off-color comments way before Dean said anything about being an angel condom.
